前台服务员态度差，连房间有没有打扫好都搞不清，乱开，去换房间的时候服务员不但没有抱歉了态度，还搞得像我欠她钱似的，更重要的是，房间有一种像刚装修好的的问题，很难问，

除了名字好听之外，我实在找不出任何这个酒店的优点，地理位置距离雷峰塔步行半小时左右，酒店周围不是商业区，酒店里面就更加失望了，房间小不说，设施简陋，我竟然还定了两天，第二天感觉都不想住了，早餐也超级差，不想说了，有兴趣的自己来感受一下。最搞笑的是在这里报了个旅行团，可让那个导游服了，选择性购物变成强制了，一路上在车上骂骂咧咧的，还鼓吹自己全杭州他是排在第16位的导游，这种黑导游真是给杭州抹黑！对了，最后说一句，导游姓宋，希望大家别遇到。
