房间比较舒适，单床要比双床空间更舒适些，因为只放一张床，另一个床的位置可以采访沙发茶几。房内有烤箱电磁炉洗衣机烘干机，美中不足是空调风口正好对着人枕头的高度吹，体弱的人吹了会身体不适

酒店处于商场楼上，非常便利，房间也具备洗衣干衣机，不足的是电磁炉是坏的，房间也没餐具，失去了酒店式公寓的意义。

给的房间狭小，阴沉，地面桌面脏。酒店前台服务非常恶劣。推卸责任，不讲信用！同幢楼酒店式公寓中最差的一个！不推荐入住

周边购物的商场非常多，离西湖也不算远，打车大概25元。
