酒店环境硬件都不错，不过服务相比就说不上好了，首先入住办理不在一层，而且门口也没有酒店明显标志，一层和十四层是两家不同酒店的前台，只有问过才分的清楚，房间内也没有服务指南，想找总机咨询都要人肉跑下楼，有wifi但没有使用说明，也要下楼咨询
