房间环境很好很干净，服务也很热情，酒店的早餐很丰富味道不错，离杭州东站很近，但是位置描述的不详细有点不好找，从火车站东广场A出口上去右拐到头左手边下阶梯直走到头红绿灯就看到了。不能听百度地图导航会晕的！

孩子很喜欢，设施较新，干净整洁。离杭州东站较近。早餐丰盛，口感不错。就是走的时候赶车，没吃上早餐，有点遗憾！如果早餐时间再提前半小时从六点半开始就能使更多客人享受到美味的早餐了。
