多次入住，前厅总会给不一样的惊喜。
一家三口入住，前台的小李还给我升级成零压房，楼层更高，城市夜景更是别致。早餐人比较多，但是品种和样式总的来说非常不错的，孩子喜欢吃这里的热菜，问厨房师傅能不能打包，师傅二话不说，还赠送了打包水果和酸奶套装。第二天退房，行李不便还是小李送我们上出租车，给她点个赞！！！

种草这家酒店啦，一个人入住酒店却感受的很细致，杭州这天气要被热干巴了，进入酒店大堂瞬间凉爽，还有淡淡的香氛味道，到前台办理入住，还给了我两瓶冰镇矿泉水，可能看出了我出汗了哈哈，然后说给我升级了房型，本来是没有抱多大期望的，没想到进入房间真的是挺大，开心^_^，还有机器人可以帮忙送外卖，不过机器人不可以互动，听不懂我说的话，只会自言自语😂特别表扬一下退房的时候，前台有一位胖胖的男孩子，非常热情的给我讲了核酸检测地点和时间，下次来杭州还会来这家酒店住～

房间是蛮好的 升级了房型 主要是隔音一般 但也能接受 房间整体设施还不错 电视的话不可以投屏 厕所也蛮好的洗浴用品都有 前台服务也不错的 点赞
