房间内的空调很响，不能入睡，第二晚，换房处理。空调响的事，事先酒店是知晓的，我认为这样就不应该安排入住。

来杭州探望病人，这里离杭州国际医院很近，一路之隔，交通便利。购买蔬菜水果等非常方便，走路几分钟。距离中大银泰非常近，购物也很方便。最重要的是条件好，卫生好。

很脏，很旧，楼道间垃圾很多！房间内也不干净！淋浴喷头坏的，一半水顺着管子往外流，原来管子破了，这个澡洗的，哎。有早餐，清粥酱菜了以果腹！
