标间是和朋友来杭州玩订的，房间风格很喜欢，酒店临河，从窗户看出去就有非常棒的河景，也很安静，傍晚还可以拿着房卡去后面的游步道走走。第二天去拱宸桥玩公交一趟就到不用转车，太方便了，去杭州北边的景点住这里绝对超值！！

帮朋友定的在杭州转车住一晚，朋友反馈非常好！房间很大也很干净，设施啊用品啊什么的也很齐全，第二天的自助早餐真的棒，本来她都打算直接赶路了，下楼看到没忍住还是吃了一顿，住宿体验超赞～

看酒店设施还可以。差评主要同程的发票太晚，发票不能开离店当天的时间。打电话给客服没有任何作用。
