为方便孩子高考休息预定的，房间窗户没有纱窗，进房间两个窗户都是开着的，半夜被蚊子咬醒，从1点多打蚊子到3点多才睡，打了起码有近20几只，本想让孩子休息好，结果..早餐真的很差，连个服务人员都没有，还有既然酒店定位是高档型的，装修设施也还可以，那么卫生及管理应该跟上。

位置不错，闹中取静，离浙一医院比较近。房间装修挺有风格，比较适合情侣入住。以前来杭州经常入住，现在住的不多了。因为以前预订酒店都有免费早餐，现在没有了，其实一个早餐也不会超过十块钱，但是让人感觉就完全不一样。你少了早餐却失去了老客户，感觉酒店的做法真的有点得不偿失

酒店设施很残旧，木地板有好几处都塌了，窗台上一层灰，淋浴间地上里有支牙刷，不值这个价钱，早餐也没什么吃的，唯一的好处是离出差的地点近
