打扫阿姨上班晚，以至于10点35到店还不能入住，等了半个多小时，这么晚才能入住是第一次。前台一位服务员态度好，另一位不怎么样，周边什么都没，交通不方便，房间除洗漱台小点，光线较暗外其他还行！

非常好的酒店，早歺不错，附近吃饭的地方很多在酒店对面，公交车也方便出门过马路走5分钟就有。就是离地铁站远了一点，虽然在高架桥下面但一点都不吵。。早歺不错品种也多，下次到杭州还住哪里。

在海外海皇冠隔壁，相比之下仿佛很不起眼。进入大堂之后给人耳目一新的感觉，不管大堂还是房间都很优雅又不失单调。前台小哥哥小姐姐服务态度很好，帮我们免费升级了房间。晚上送了银耳羹，退房的时候还送了小礼品，总之惊喜满满！下次来杭州还会住这里！????

环境优美，地理位置好，交通方便，房间舒适卫生，前台服务人员很热情，乐于提供各种帮助，早餐丰富。设施很人性化，网络高速信号好，窗外风景好，房间小摆件的设计也很有特色。性价比不错，退房前台还有小礼品可以送。下次还要入住

由于到杭州出差就预定了这里，做为一个有着10多年历史的酒店，进入酒店酒店的第一感觉就是“麻雀虽小但五脏俱全”，在这一个小小的大堂里竟然还有用早餐的地方，走到前台的位置上还看到了一个让人感到新奇的东西“前台自助办理机”大概1分钟就可以办完，到了房间后感觉还是挺温馨的，在晚上7点左右就会有酒店自制的银耳汤送到房间里，这种感觉还是挺好的
