We had no heater in the room, it was very cold. It was noisy too (the windows are not good enough to protect from the sound from the cars outside). Check in took a long time.

酒店地处杭州老城区，出门就是地铁站2号线，交通非常方便，离西湖也非常近。假日酒店的服务一直不错，因为老酒店的缘故，房间比较小，装修也陈旧。前台接待很好，早餐服务欠缺

酒店比较老旧，离地铁口比较近啊，客房服务，细致周到，前台服务质量很差，服务员服务态度恶劣多问几句就说他太累了，没有服务精神，有投诉到前台经理处，不知道有没有对该服务员处理，希望能了解反馈信息。
