酒店地理位置还是不错的，离西湖步行十几分钟，旁边有个小公园及博物馆的。主要提一下自助早餐菜品相当丰富，中餐厅性价比也很高。此次入住还有幸的给免费升了级。服务人员的态度相当好，在这里特别要给骆燕飞的服务点个赞！

酒店卫生和服务很好，位置和环境也很赞。一楼餐厅餐饮品种繁多，味道可口，早中晚餐都能解决。价格也算合理。酒店对面不远就是雷峰塔，西湖景区都不算远，非常适合休闲度假。

酒店位置离开西湖很近，就在雷锋塔附近。酒店设施不错，服务很贴心，还赠送苹果和糖。唯一遗憾的是酒店房间会有一股炒菜油烟传进来。酒店的自助早餐较丰富，味道也不错。年底再来杭州度假还会选择这里。
