酒店十分不好，洗浴空间小得可怜，屋内空间小不说，还不干净，最可恨的是388元一晚的房间里连瓶矿泉水都没有！房间隔音差得要命，还总有从门缝里塞卡片的。早餐更差，9点结束，我8点40到餐厅，居然没有菜了，服务员说：“你来得晚了”，这时见他们的人员不穿工作服，手拉着倒垃圾的车子，路过餐区时随手从餐盘里拿出春卷放时嘴里，边走边吃。

什么烂酒店，大冬天的，订了三个房间，其中有个房间空调都没热气，纠结了半天换了房间，结果所有房间空调半夜都自动关掉了，有没额外的被子，晚上冷的要死，结账问前台说控制出问题了，明显就是自动关掉的，控制出问题能到早上还没修好呀？洗手间的洗衣液居然要收钱，也没什么提示，我也是醉了，枕头上全是脏污，酒店又离西湖景区远的要死，这也算四星，自己画的吧？
