帮朋友定的，自己也进房间看了看，凯恩开业时间比较长，墙纸也有脱落。得好好翻新下。

楼层服务员服务素质不是很好，中午客人休息时叫她不要吵，她回答，这是她的工作，继续吵，并且不停地吵，害得客人中午休息不好。客人餐厅订餐后，未按订餐时说好的时间上菜（客人与服务员、前台及厨师都讲好的，在订单上也作了说明，必须在中午12点前，将所点的菜上齐，但到了12点零五分，客人到时，连一个菜都没有烧好，大概是菜太少的缘故吧，不足100元。）延迟了近20分钟。服务质量实在太差。
