服务非常好的一家酒店，全方面服务客户，因为一些小插曲，酒店表现的非常到位，让我们最后都舍不得离开。定的湖景套房非常漂亮，直面千岛湖，听着水声入眠，很有诗意，新中式的风格很有格调，大床房的床很大很舒服，常年出差，这个床深得我心！酒店位置就在湖边，离主路有1.2公里，酒店有电频车接送到主路，很方便。有停车场，适合自驾游，早餐也是比较丰富的，他们家的鱼头也很不错??，酒店自己的环境就很漂亮，非常适合拍照，可以深入往里面走，很棒，推荐入住！

很不错的酒店，不管硬件软件都很不错，早餐也很丰富！特别感谢客房部杨经理帮忙到找孩子丢的小包包，还帮忙给寄回来。服务员态度都很不错，很亲和！！！

酒店除了有点偏，吃饭不太方便，别的都还不错的！就湖边上，所以景色还是很好滴！客房服务也挺好，送欢迎水果，有孩子可以问他们拿儿童牙刷和牛奶！早餐也不错，品种多！服务都蛮好的，卫生也挺好！
