    很喜欢美豪的服务 餐厅的味道也是特别棒 很喜欢客服小哥哥小姐姐 管家还会帮我拿行李他们对于服务真的很贴心 有种回家的感觉 设施也很全面 熨烫机 都很方便 尤其是前台的佳雪 很热情 环境很很干净 下次还会选择美豪 推荐

    酒店地理位置很好，在市中心旁边，出行很方便，车场都是免费的设施设备，全是五星标配，睡在房间里，能看到黄龙体育馆风特别好，早餐也特别丰盛，卫生打扫得非常到位，服务人员工作很热情，有免费的宵夜，还有免费的下午茶，免费的水果真的性价比超级高，很满意

    杭州西湖黄龙的美豪丽致酒店服务非常好，在网上订的房间，人还没到服务就到了，客服小姐姐当时打电话问我对房间有要求吗，我当时说没有，她说方便加个微信有需要的话可以随时联系我，期待为您服务，当时就加了，到了下午真的用上了，我想住16F，有朋友在16F，发信息给客服小姐姐，立码给我想办法安排好了，还做了个免费升级，这样人性化的酒店很少，必须五星好评。

    房间住的挺好的，交通也方便，旁边有一个星光城综合商场很近坐车10分钟分钟可以到，房间里洗漱用品齐全，设备比较新，熊客服服务很好哟，早餐很丰盛，早餐时间7:00-10:00时间充裕，还有下午茶，服务态度很好，很热情，见面就会打招呼！

    只要城市有美豪，出差就会选择。因工作调动到杭州，到这家店入住，真心不错。疫情期间，免费提供口罩，免费下午茶，深夜一碗面，周到的管家服务，特别是餐厅提供的下午茶，听着舒缓的音乐吃着点心和零食，简直不要太好。同事第二天早上赶火车，客服管家还去买了面包，很贴心，走时候还送小礼物。来杭州工作，建议来这家店，性价比高
