酒店年代比较久了，设施老旧，有点像以前的政府招待所。位置挺好在西湖附近，走到西湖边也就10分钟的样子。停车位比较少，自驾的需要抓紧时间。离浙大也挺近的，可以去逛逛！

我是去杭州跑马拉松的，定这酒店是因为距离黄龙体育中心近。酒店比较老旧，不管是外形还是装修，标榜4星级有很大差距。早餐因为时间太迟我们自己去外面吃的。
很有意见的是: 杭马是多年的著名赛事，外地人难得赶杭州来参赛，也许明年还来。作为酒店，理应为这一天这一特别赛事做出更好的服务。但是，就连要求延迟到下午2点退房都死活不肯。我们其他有些跑友住别的酒店，2-3点退房的很多。一比较就可知酒店的服务意识差强人意。

酒店位置很好，进出交通很是方便，散步15分钟就可以到达西湖，节日里游人很多住的近可以晚上出来避开大客流，还能看到白天感受不到的晚景。周围用餐也还方便，10分仲可以到达知味观面点、特色菜上菜蛮快的。附近的黄龙体育场边上也有很多的餐厅可以选择，走路或是坐公交去都很方便。就是酒店的设施老了些，电视机的遥控器不能连续选择电视频道，房间里的灯也不是每盏都可以点亮。前台服务员很热情，下次还会入住。
