这次国庆期间和朋友一起订的套房，我不小心打破一个小花瓶，就是放在洗手池上的10cm*20cm的一个玻璃花瓶，退房时通知我赔偿120元，我认可应该赔偿，但要求酒店出具相应的单据证明花瓶价值120，酒店前台没有提供，只说因为定制、而且酒店就是这么赔的，我要求酒店提供进货单，酒店说财务没有上班，最后我留了120元在酒店，要求财务上班后发给我。我不知道这120最后会还我多少，但我想一个标注高档型的酒店，起码任何财物应明码标价，不能只凭酒店定制和酒店行规就随意标价，淘宝同款就38。要不是和朋友一同赶行程，我想我不会这么任宰。酒店环境还是不错的，有一句说一句。
