酒店棒棒的，环境好哟，干净卫生，面积大，采光好，服务态度好，前台很耐心，交通便利，离地铁口近。位于九堡地铁口的中心地段，但很安静。吃饭方便，肯德基兴丰小吃等快餐吃的放心。吃饭购物方便，交通旅游便利直达。一如既往地支持。真的不错地铁口旁，可以直达九堡客运中心、高铁站。去西湖也方便。值得推荐给前台点赞。

已经是第二次入住澳都大酒店了，前台小姐姐办入住非常有礼貌，感觉住着真心不错，房间卫生打扫的很干净 ，楼层服务员态度好 ，附近还有夜宵 ，酒店设施齐全，二楼有会所，三楼吃饭，5楼还有浴场，住宿有免费浴场卷赠送哦 总体来说还是蛮不错的 很喜欢这里 下次一定还来这边住宿。nice。

我是看网络评论来住的，前台服务很热情，房间卫生干静，交通特别方便，公交站，地铁站都在附近，早餐特别的丰富，有热滕滕的汤面，拌面，小馄饨，牛奶，咖啡，豆浆，炒菜，稀饭，主食等，吃的很开心！
杭州四季青批发市场离酒店不远，正好给我爸妈买点衣服回去。

住澳都大酒店地理位置方便，离九堡地铁口挺近，酒店对面金海城超市买东西方便。晚上出去转转挺方便。每次朋友出行都是让我订这里酒店，住的舒服，早餐挺好的品种很多还有大姐现包的混沌，前台服务真的好，说话挺温柔，态度挺好挺漂亮。客房大姐打扫房间仔细。
