酒店位置比较好 ，连续住了三天晚上，酒店离河坊街步行街非常近，出行比较方便，酒店环境干净卫生，前台服务比较好，下次来杭州还会选择住在这里。

酒店位置不错，对面就是河坊街，吃的喝的都有了，老街风格也很好～离定安路地铁站就10分钟，旁边还有银泰商场，只是不太热闹～br定的时候没留意是1米5的床，之后过去前台告知了，我们加钱换了大的阳台房，真心不错哦～阳台房房间贼好，创业很舒适

2017年来的时候，服务和装修都很棒，高于性价比之上
今年来，服务质量还是不错的，酒店环境没有以前好了。
好在是河坊街附近，吃饭不成问题。
景区附近性价比很高，但是再次入住可能会考虑很久。吸引力不大

the location of this hotel is very convenient. It is about 15 minutes away from West Lake by car. The food is standard food, but it is good. The people at the reception is extremely rude and not willing to help.
however, that was the only problem I had. The room is good, and the bed is good.
这家旅馆的地理位置很方便。从西湖开车大约需要15分钟。这些食品是标准食品，但是很好吃。接待处的人非常粗鲁，不愿帮忙。

前台接待服务挺好 环境也可以还有 有的房型还有玻璃天窗 免费停车场 去西湖河坊街走两步就到 住了几次 就是有的时候房间偏高了

临近步行街出行方便，干净卫生，工作人员服务态度很好，十一黄金周这个价格不算贵还可以了，主要是位置去河坊步行街太方便了
