位置在转塘镇，很偏远，打车不方便，可以让前台叫私车。不过可以到附近的中国美院转转不错。
酒店其实原来是酒楼，只是最高层改成酒店，硬件条件不错，吃饭可以下楼到酒楼吃，酒楼做杭帮菜味道非常好，就是服务员小妹服务态度很差，反应很慢，还总是不高兴。

酒店离杭州巿区有点儿远，但对我来说很不错因为是在附近办事，很方便，到杭州美院看一看还是很不错的，步行去大概二十分钟（我走路快），酒店每个房间都有独立阳台，感觉不错，就是早餐不太好。其他还好。

总体来说还可以，房间宽敞明亮*不足是早餐品种太少，和路边摊差不多，实在够不上高档酒店的早餐标准*

结婚定的豪华套房，房间是真的不错的，又大又对得起这个价格，不过可以多些人手，硬件设施可以，软件设施还需要增进哦，因为住的是套房人住的人肯定不止一个房间2个啦，但是拖鞋没有多的，打电话到前台和客房都说10点以后下班啦···房间是不错的
