既没有瓶装水，也没有卫生抽纸提供，卫生间里面的毛巾破破烂烂的，房间里的墙面也是破损不堪，这就是订的＂高级双床房＂。很失望

酒店卫生条件太差，满屋子小飞虫，床上到处爬，洗手间根本进不去。服务态度差，因为到店晚，前台爱搭不理，对这，一星都不想给！住的最差的酒店。

到酒店下午4:30，居然连热水也没。空调还不给力。就一床被子。再说下，他们的餐饮部，实在是太差劲了，开个发票开不出来，等了15分钟都没弄好，说是电脑坏了，我说电脑坏了，那你开好了寄给我好了。居然还要我承担运费？开发票开不出，寄过来还有脸要求我消费者承担运费。我不知道他们怎么开的了这个口的。差评。。。年年去杭州烧香，祈福。明年不可能再订这家了。不管从哪个方面来说都是差到极点。再说一句，房间里连吹风机都没有的。这酒店老板，估计上辈子穷疯了，这些设备都没有。
