酒店是真心好，首先地理位置好，市中心，旁边就是地铁站，非常便利。再者停车也方便，酒店就有免费停车场。酒店是新开的，卫生条件更不用说了，房间都是智能化的，马桶还是智能冲洗式的，感觉堪比五星级以上。更暖心的是，还给每个房间准备了水果，冰箱饮料免费提供，早餐也不错的，还有套餐可选。这次带上家人出游，大家都非常满意，以后去杭州，这家还是首选。

今年新开的酒店，整体设施，环境和服务相当棒。酒店工作人员都非常热情，开放式前台让人耳目一新，正值春节新开业，给免费升级了顶楼房间，还赠送了早餐券和水果盘。房间内都是智能感应家居，配备德龙胶囊咖啡机以及免费吧台软饮，非常适合我们年轻人入住，非常愉快的一次入住体验，下次还会再来~~

设施很新 房间装修感觉很好，前台服务更是热情 一进门就有果汁，服务人员脸上都挂着微笑，非常好！冰箱的饮料都免费，房间配套也极好，推荐！！

看到是新开的酒店，就想来尝试一下，走入酒店，看到前台的设置与传统的酒店非常不同，挺特别的，来到前台办理check in的时候，还专门送上了我爱喝的橙汁，前台小姐姐办理check in的速度也非常快。到达房间，第一感觉就是非常温馨，房间里柔和的灯光让人很放松，浴室面积也非常大，下次来杭州也还是会选择诺阁雅。在来杭州之前就已经在网上寻找酒店了，看到一家叫诺阁雅的名字的酒店让我停住了滑动的手指，很好奇地点开酒店介绍，看完之后决定尝试一下。入住酒店之后，酒店的设计风格我很喜欢，是一家以纺织和服装为主题的一家设计师酒店，非常具有活力的感觉，额外支付了一份早餐的费用想尝试下它家的早餐，早餐出乎我的意料，既丰盛又美味。
