我帮朋友预定的是家庭房，而且提前到前台确认过的，朋友半夜到店时，说酒店前台人员弄错了，没有家庭房了，用标房来搪塞，说是同价格的房型，你爱住不住。前台人员服务意识极差，有愧“诺诚”两个字。

酒店给我们全家带来了惊喜，我们去海洋公园的，就想着比较近，没想到性价比太高了。因为过年期间，想着价格会上升很多，没想到还是很便宜。开车很好找，停车也很方便，酒店对面就是湘湖，晚上可以散步，空气很好。房间设施和风格都是我很喜欢的，给人一种家的温馨感，下次去杭州玩还会选择这家。

设施不好 阳台门关不上 空调开不暖 更可恨的是 我明明定了200多的房间 居然给我140多的房间 我该相信你故意的还是不小心弄错的？ 完全不同的格局 会搞混？我知道艺龙订时，酒店会拿比较差的房间搪塞顾客，这酒店居然敢这么玩，我也是第一次碰到。

位置好，酒店装修有用心，但二楼窗户外面一个平台，还砌了一堵墙就不知道为什么了。早餐差点。带孩子到附近玩的话，可以的。
