8日入住体验不是一般差：1 特大床房里没有壁橱，衣服都没有地方可以挂，第二天11点送过来一个小的木架子；2 房间里漏放了茶叶，第二天电话后再送来；3 12点前两次电话来问是否续住，礼貌一点应该12点半再问也不迟吧！4 下楼退房时电梯坏了，我用楼层电话要联系大堂，但是电话机是坏的，我只能走消防楼梯下楼，还好是3楼，但是也让我出来一身的汗。

每次去杭州都订这个酒店，老牌子饭店，虽然设施稍稍有些旧，但是出入方便，还有停车场，服务好，性价比很高，下次还会订这个酒店。
