The hotel was ok, we booked a room for 3 people and they only prepared for 2. Not enough towels or pillows. It wasn’t bad… but could’ve been better.
Everything smelled like smoke…
The location is great and close to loads of food places and bars.

房间还不错，楼下就是酒吧足浴射箭馆餐馆，也不会很吵，酒店也有早餐提供。唯一一个问题就是，如果你需要临时用电脑，酒店是不会借给你的，所以如果可能出现文件下载，或者其他可能会用的情况，需要慎重考虑

交通便利，周边吃饭娱乐多，好吃方便，房间大小标准，干净卫生整洁，可免费停车，落地窗房间挨着路边，采光通风会好点，无窗新风系统房间，安静舒适，管理严格让人放心，前台接待服务热情周到，价位适中，每次来杭州出差旅游，首先他家！

订了个无窗的房间，房间还算干净整洁，该有的设施都有，有个书桌，还有个小沙发，楼上可以洗衣服晾衣服，整体感觉很温馨

一个被评级低估的酒店...酒店十分人性化，设施齐全，环境不错，细节上做得很好，比如有一个不停电的插座，有擦鞋布等，很舒心~交通也很方便，有公交290直达南宋御街~离地铁站也只需步行800米左右~最重要的是――服务太好了趴！还送来了生日惊喜，服务员小姐姐敲开门的时候笑容好甜，太开心啦！而且早上还提供送餐服务！总之十分满意~强推！
