早餐已经简单得不能再简单，只有稀饭馒头咸菜鸡蛋豆浆五样食物。房间里的两个枕头上有明显未洗过的脏痕迹，很让人担心卫生状况。周边环境还不错。酒店餐厅点菜的价格还比较公道

酒店的地理位置极佳，就在龙井村。也是看中地理位置选的酒店，出门100米就有上十里琅珰的牌坊，还有到处都是龙井的茶树和喝茶卖茶的吆喝。
经营感觉很佛性，在这么个春日的周末，入住率感觉也是不佳，当然也和设施服务相关吧。
先说设施：水龙头的控水极差，要么很大，要么很小，放水完全不柔和。洗漱包是极度差，牙刷容易刷坏嘴，洗发水我用了2包感觉都无法洗好头发，梳子无法梳头，肥皂是一丁点。最好自带洗漱包。
服务：早饭真的是只管饱，4-6样东西，白粥，白煮蛋，刀切馒头，炒面是第一波，第二波多了紫米糕和玉米刀切。非常清淡健康。没有茶包惹得老爸十分不开心，花了10块钱买的一点点茶还是陈茶。电视半夜是没有的。退房的时候服务生表示顶班的，一切要等正式上班后处理，此时为早晨9点多。
卫生：房间整体可以的，但是毛巾等都显陈旧，最好自带毛静，电话的灰尘较多，有点不敢拿起来。
感觉是个家庭旅馆，如果能用心改进下服务和体验，以茶会友 亲子，以地理位置来说生意绝不该差。

周边环境优美，放假周边民宿没有订到，只能选择这家酒店，酒店设施及服务一般，早餐基本没有什么可吃，不建议带小孩居住
