同时订了两间标间和一间商务房。标间两百多，商务间三百多。设施陈旧，进房后发现商务间空调没用，要求换房，没有商务间，只能换标间，竟还是要三百多。

订的是豪华标准间，给的是普通间，卫生极其恶劣，除了位置一无所有。前台明确向我们表示和艺龙停止合作，所以对订单无所谓。
非常影响心情，次日立刻更换到了浙江国际酒店，并且没有再使用艺龙客户端。多年客户，从此拜拜。
