酒店地理位置具佳，就在浙江广电大楼对面，离市中心区域不远，入住配有免费地面停车场，可以容纳20辆车左右。门口有公交车站，离附近其它车站走路8分钟左右。楼下有水果店、餐厅和私人超市。房间总体舒适，空调运作会有声响，厕所面积有点狭窄，打开就自动亮灯的衣橱和厕所共用一扇推拉式门，洗澡淋浴温度和水量合适。三人间只包括两份早餐，这点忍不住吐槽每一次的网络预定，早餐很一般，米饭包子牛奶小菜等。
