    酒店还是很不错的，早餐我很喜欢，品种也蛮多的，在住的过程中会有一些小问题，但是服务和整改的态度非常好👍房间给了升房，对于出差来说，整体还是很不错的 下午茶也还行吧，蛋糕的水果有点不新鲜，其余没啥了

    环境优美，地理位置好，交通方便，房间舒适卫生，服务人员很热情，乐于提供各种帮助，前台小李也很热情，帮忙升级了房型，住的很舒服。早餐也比较丰富。 设施很人性化，有胶囊咖啡机，还有智能马桶，升级过的双床房卫生间还有两个洗手池，很不错。房间小摆件的设计也很有特色。性价比不错，下次还要入住。

    酒店就在家附近，原来经常路过，因为晚上跟小伙伴喝酒喝晚了就选择这家酒店入住 🚗 交通：离地铁站🚉非常近，走路5分钟。适合来出差或游玩的小伙伴，地铁到西湖景区也就三站路。 🧹卫生：干净清爽，💯 🔔服务：小哥哥非常Nice，入住马上加了微信可以及时沟通，酒店服务非常到位，房间里设施齐全，雨伞，饮料 咖啡啥的都🈶️ 早餐还有杭州小吃葱包烩，满意，会再次入住

    带孩子来杭州玩，非常完美的一次入住体验。酒店交通便利，地铁到杭州东站有两条地铁直达，半小时之内就到了。刚办理入住就送了孩子玩具，还有儿童拖鞋和洗漱用品，真的是相当贴切。订的四季家庭房，每张床都是一米五宽，对于带了两娃的家庭来说简直是太适合了。房间面积超大，卫生间两个洗手台，超五星的硬件水平，干湿分离设计的非常合理，太赞了。唯一的缺点是现在两边都是工地，不过窗户隔音效果好，也不影响睡眠。早餐不是特别丰富，但是都比较精致，味道很棒。而且还有免费的minibar，性价比太高了

    酒店设施齐全，服务热情周到，原定的豪华双人房加1元给升级至都市双人房，房间超大，很宽敞，实木地板，每张床都是1.5米宽的，很舒服，干净卫生，迷你吧的饮料全部免费，智能马桶，淋浴水压很大，水温刚好。早餐品种丰富，酸奶很好喝，还供应有开心果等干果，超赞！五星级酒店名符其实！适合商务出差居住。
