    好差的宾馆啊！还三星呢！档次不高，住起来也还算是舒服！至少硬件设施完善，条件不错。但是上面朋友说的电视我没有看到那么多。实在让我伤心的是酒店的前台服务，没有人与人的理解和沟通，说话除了标准酒店接待简直就是生硬至极。而且，他们不会有任何错误出现，明明因为他们的原因造成客人损失他们都会推脱，拖不过去了还要客人为他们的工作失误支付报酬！简直给杭州人抹黑！给美丽的天堂抹黑，给中国人抹黑！！有这样的服务，有这样的对外宾馆，不知道国际上会怎么看待中国人？唉，意见没有地方提，实在伤心。钱不多，可以给前台，就当给孩子买糖吃了，可是这样的地方我真不敢住了！万一有一天在这里发生了我的生命、财产受到威胁或损失，我想他们肯定会把我推出宾馆的。

    这家酒店虽然档次不高，但是A型标间住起来还算舒服。毛巾很新，地毯相当干净，洗发液和沐浴液酒店里的东西我都不用的，但是这家我用了。电视频道还算齐全。channel v等都能收到。
