一肚子火，豪华房写的大床房双床房，直接就给我弄个双床房，我睡两个床干嘛，酒店不给换同程客服什么问题都解决不了，站了半天什么问题都解决不了，没见过这种酒店，还四星级大酒店，临时还说换大床房要加钱，退订单还不能退，
