酒店地下的灰尘很多第二隔音效果太差，晚上好像鬼在敲门一样，空调制冷速度太慢，总台还有晚上的客服人员态度极差，给三颗星是给换被子的阿姨的，最后电视都开不起来，真心无语，这就是两百多的价格？感觉就是门排场大点，还是觉得我买的便宜就随意敷衍？杭州待客之道就这样！
