环境优美，地理位置好，交通方便，房间舒适卫生，服务人员很热情，乐于提供各种帮助，。设施很人性化，网络高速信号好，窗外风景好。有特别的开床服务，房间小摆件的设计也很有特色。性价比不错，下次还要入住

早餐楼下就可以搞定，我订的是3张大床的，非常合适一家人出游住宿，就是设施比较陈旧了点，花洒热水管非常烫手和热水出水要调校好，洗澡得多注意一下，还有就是内间的电视遥控无效得手按，酒店位置倒很不错的，市中心，去西湖和旅游景点都不远，这价位也比较合适，住宿安全问题也挺有保障的！总体来说还是不错！

选择这家酒店的原因是第一眼被酒店名字吸引到了。来到酒店前台，女服务员非常阳光热情，服务很周到，考虑周全。上电梯要刷卡，这点挺好的。客房卫生相对弱一些，还需要提高。
