酒店地理位置很好，距离地铁站很近，门口还有不少公交线路。住宿环境比较舒适，隔音条件不错，不过房间设备有些老化，我住的房子的淋浴房漏水有些严重。此外，办理入住的速度偏慢，这些希望可以有所改进吧。下次我来杭州的话，应该还会考虑选择这家。

一共入住3晚，2晚没有睡好，第一晚是旁边地铁施工，第二晚是被酒店前台吵醒，半夜11点半给我们房间打电话说我们没有付房费，都是在同程上预定的，而且也续过房卡了，如果没交钱，你们为啥给我续房卡，真是醉了，作为补偿，第三晚给我们免了一晚房费，送了水果，总算是睡了一个好觉，酒店主管承诺我们下次入住给我们以标间的价格升级套房，希望能兑现承诺。总体来说三天入住的体验并不太好。另外疫情期间，酒店的防控措施一点都没有，所以建议自带酒精，第一天办完入住去房间，居然还有工人在房间的沙发上睡觉，希望加强监管。

没想到这么大的酒店居然交接工作怎么会差，明明在同程上付了钱订了第二天的房间，半夜11点半居然还打电话来催费，也是够了，要不是附近没有别的酒店，是断断不会再选择。
