我是定房下午2点之前到，但各种原因会晚到，经联系，酒店说晚到没双人房了，后通过朋友提前去费。下午6点到酒店去前台拿卡时有几个陌生人来开房，要单人间，前台服务员我们这里剩下的全部是双人房。一句话，不诚信酒店，服务差。

酒店比邻浙大玉泉校区，离西湖景区也不远，打的20元内。附近有本帮菜饭店，朴墅味道不错，就是人太多了。酒店隔音效果较差，卫生条件还行，环境清幽，印象还是不错的。

酒店不错，离西湖很近，马路对面就是浙大，端午去的，本来以为杭州会很堵，没想到开车这么顺畅，酒店有免费的停车场，比较划算，夜里安静不吵闹，推荐
