酒店位置挺好找，房间非常整洁干净舒适，房间里有小冰箱，前台服务热情，有停车场，旁边就是地铁站，出行方便。还有24小时便利店，总体还是不错的，下次还会再来的。

这家酒店是绣花枕头烂稻草，除了外观和大堂还挺气派，其它都一团糟。进去大堂只一个不穿工作服的前台，保安也没一个，电梯也没人告诉在哪。马桶是堵的，叫换一个设施正常点的房间楼层工作人员态度很凶的说都一样，叫我们马桶不能丢一张纸巾进去，结果第二天还一样堵，都不想说了。感觉一般的招待所还好些，至少窗明几净的，你们看看这房间的窗户脏的，环境也不好下面都是城中村。附近没超市没吃东西的地方。总之千万不要住，住了这间酒店颠覆了我对杭州所有美好的印象。
