体验感很好～交通很便利，周边吃的很多，卫生特别干净，没有异味，房间比想象中的大，早餐品类很多很丰富，前台小哥哥们很有耐心，办理入住要查健康码行程码手续很繁琐，有好多客人很不耐烦，前台很耐心教大家如何查询。

房间设施新，简洁素雅，干净。卫生间干湿分离。设施齐全，4楼有健身房。周边商业配套很好，好多大型购物商场。前台小哥哥服务热情，主动提供口罩给我们，看到其他人抽烟会劝阻，对于我这种闻不得烟味的人来说，小哥哥真是做得太到位了！总之值得推荐

房间硬件比较新，枕头很软和，智能马桶，附近逛的地方也很多，有个501大厦和银泰，早餐种类很多，前台的服务很是热情周到！客房服务也很好，还多给了两瓶水。入住没有房卡，只要刷脸就可以，很好，以前住酒店老是丢房卡赔钱。

出差订了这家酒店，离公司总部很近，酒店位置很好，邻近银泰百货，501大厦，前台带我们看了房间，停车方便，即使停满，保安也会协调停到对面，开车的时候到总台拿停车券，房间采光空间都不错，卫生整洁，比较舒适。前台的服务很好，退房后东西遗留，很快给我打电话，很赞。

酒店交通方便，离银泰和51广场就几百米，购物吃饭都比较近，打车到杭州东也就10分钟，开门和早餐都是人脸识别
