宏丰德在黄南算是大酒店了，可前台服务员的工作质量和服务态度就有些配不上酒店的档次了。住酒店又不是不给钱，脸拉那么长给谁看呢？希望酒店能提高服务人员的素质

非常不错，我觉得在同仁这家酒店应该是设施、服务、交通、环境都比较不错的，当然了价格再优惠一些就更完美了！停车不用操心，可圈可点的是早餐，很不错，想吃啥有啥！说了不信你们大可入住一试的！

绝对是同仁住起来最舒服的酒店，比盛宇天伦住的舒服，后者排气扇、中央空调出风口声音都很大。宏丰得设施很新，隔音好，房间里的设备（淋浴、网络、电视）都很好用，淋浴出热水快，水温稳定，这点在当地很关键。就是前台不是很专业，给房卡把房号写错白白上下楼一趟，而且也没有致歉。就噢了一声，说写错了……

早餐不错，床单干净。但第一天入住的浴巾味道非常油腻，发黄，当场吐了。还有，服务员把床上的靠垫随意放在地上。不知道是没培训，还是管理人员没检查？（如图）

酒店位置设施都很好，早餐也不错二楼还有餐厅，总体上很不错。就是有一点，前台的服务员办手续效率有点低，特别是开个发票，感觉有文盲……要是能改进一下就完美了。
