  花田木屋前台服务超级差，打去咨询在县城核酸时间让客人自行咨询医院，他们不提供任何服务（我在成都的酒店随口问熊猫基地的防疫政策，前台立马帮我打去咨询并且详细解答），这是华美达的服务意识吗？价格跟酒店设施、服务极度不匹配，loft房间沙发又破又旧又脏，冰箱可以成为“温箱”，完全不制冷，还有帮我冰水变成温水的功效。温泉提供的毛巾还有一股霉味。退房时酒店前台全程黑脸低头，问她问题一直不看顾客，也是很绝。
