  酒店位置很好，有免费的停车场，房间很宽敞，设施很完善，卫生很干净，早餐很丰富，吃住都很舒服。碰到一位超nice的前厅经理小陈，免费给升级了房间，赠送了一份早餐，在得知当天是我先生的生日后，还和服务员送蛋糕到房间，为我们祝贺生日，太太太暖心了，感恩、感谢！

  该酒店相较于前几年，硬件设施方面差了很多，坐便圈上污迹斑斑，衣柜门表面有修补过的痕迹，小冰箱在房间断电后就不能正常制冷，按正常情况来说小冰箱的电源应接在不间断电源上，以保证小冰箱能正常使用。虽然酒店的小冰箱里没有存放任何饮料，但不代表住客不需要使用冰箱。床单上有污迹，还有很多小洞，卫生间没有地巾，另人欣慰的是，当我把情况反馈给酒店，客房部立即帮忙更换了床单，担心我外出后，小冰箱断电无法冷藏食品，主动提供了一张取电卡，补送地巾时主动擦干了湿哒哒的卫生间地面，对于客服部的几位阿姨在此给予点赞。再来说说酒店的早餐，之所以选择这家酒店就是因为喜欢他家的早餐，然而另人遗憾的是，早餐品质方面较过去退步了很多，以前酸奶是一罐罐的品牌酸奶，现在用的是酸奶机，口感上差很多；以前餐厅会提供冷、热两种牛奶，而现在餐厅只提供一种热牛奶；以前餐厅煎蛋处可以点omelet，现在也没有了；另外，纳米餐垫真的不怎么卫生，落座时看到餐垫空格里残留着粥、奶迹，而垫子上还整齐摆放着刀叉，试想你还用的下手吗？

  公司客户需要订房，酒店房间卫生很干净设施完善设备很好，二次装修临江房间风景很优美，在龙泉当地算最好的一家高档酒店了，前台服务员小刘态度超级好，东西忘记了还特意帮忙送到车站，
