1, 4点前下的单，6点到前台，订单居然没有下到酒店，不能办理入住；
2，1，2楼卡拉OK声音太大，近1点还在撼天，只能申请换房；
3，1点左右换到另一个房，空调声音很大，无法入睡；
4，床头的灯光开关设计不合理，离床太远，要起床才开灯、关灯。
