到店较晚，由于没房了，免费升级三人间，各项都不错，房间干净卫生，洗澡水也很冲，比想象的要好，老板也比较热情

服务是周到热情的，很满意。这个地方太小了，要按照黑马河的标准定房间，将近500的能达到一般宾馆标间的标准。这家性价比很高什么都不缺，可惜五楼洗澡1水上不来，三楼生态好,吓到同行的小朋友了。如果不需要享受只需要基本配备且能住，这家是上上之选。比黑马河490的要好。

宾馆很好找，入住快。大爷大妈和姐姐都很热情，帮忙提箱子，前台小哥服务也特别好。房间很干净，里面东西都很全。卫生间也不错，洗澡水很热。唯一不足就是洗完澡地漏下水有点儿慢。

祁连县全是私人的酒店，鸿泰算是家庭式的，位置方便，真的是很普通的房间，但干净卫生，卫生间没有其它的味道，老板特别热情还给吃了西瓜。旺季的差价都会偏高，没办法。整体还是比较不错的！

服务态度好，虽说是家庭旅馆胜在干净舒适，环境安静。推荐对面餐馆，卫生、味道一流。总体，当地民风纯朴，经营有道，值得停留。
