图一，破烂床靠背，图二，脏得不敢用的热水壶，图三，卫生间墙角，图四，破烂的搁物凳，这是我给环境和设施一分的原因。卫生一分是因为进房间就是满屋的烟味，厕所是尿味。服务一分，上一次厕所就堵上马桶，总台电话几次都没处理，最后下楼找总台才给处理掉。这是所谓的四星酒店，不敢恭维！

看着像是乌苏不错的酒店，前台就拿水平，一共三个人办入住愣是用了半个多小时也是绝了，没见过这么窝囊的前台，能玩手机也不能帮忙办理，其他的都还行，但是入住的好心情都在前台磨没了
