这个叫张敏的前台非常不错👍酒店总体好。有以下几点希望改进：1、上电梯希望能有刷卡的，这样能保证住客的安全和隐私。2游泳池有点混乱，有巨多周边居民在酒店游泳，比较嘈杂。3、早餐时 有些不自觉的男士在餐厅抽烟并没服务员制止！

给前台姓吴的小姐姐点个赞👍，(小姐姐很认真的介绍了凤凰古城的游玩景点和路线，玩的很开心)，酒店人员技能也很专业，酒店内部环境也很好，不愧是在吉首最忠爱的酒店，每次来吉首选的酒店

据说是现在吉首最好的星级酒店，所以立马选了。到了有酒店帮忙搬运行李，跟朋友家人带了好多东西，体贴送到房间，很赞.房间很不错，能看风景，隔音效果也很好，早餐很丰富吃得好开心，不错，确实不错的星级酒店🏨
