很不错的体验，当天到了预定的房型还没有打扫好卫生，前台小姐姐立马给我升级了行政全景大床房，进入房间了，就能看到全景轩辕湖，体验感非常不错，房间还有零食柜，里面的零食都是免费的，还有牛奶饮料，房间里还有保险柜，可以放一些贵重的物品，床品睡着软软的，躺椅也很舒服，酒店下午还有免费的零食水果可以选。早餐也非常的丰盛，品类超级多，味道也很棒。房间所有东西都是智能化的，前台，客房服务态度非常好，很温柔，以后回来首选鑫港万豪！！！

早餐一般，环境和服务在新郑算不错的了，但是第一马桶漏水，第二酒店管理一般，给客户的体验一般，服务不像四五星的服务，一切以节约成本为主。
