这个饭店的卫生还是不错的，但是酒店的服务不到位，特别是前台的服务员，当问到具体问题时态度不耐烦，表情特别呆板，建议你们去阳泉的泉美酒店学习一下，看看他们的服务。从停车场的服务到门童帮助拿行李，到前台登记入住，他们虽然比你们饭店的星级低但服务好，所以我十分喜欢他们的服务态度，特提出建议。
