我是在携程上预定的豪华大床房。办理入住时，前台服务人员不知道我的预定，查了几分钟也没有查到，最后，出示手机中携程酒店预定确认信息才给我办理入住。客房设施一般，床垫非常硬。酒店位置较好，周围餐馆较多。
