小西湖花园酒店环境还不错，安静优雅，晚上睡觉不吵，地理位置也可以，早餐也不错，还有中晚餐，服务员很不错，认真仔细。

一次不太好的体验，房间很大的烟味，枕头上也是很浓的烟味，简直怀疑没换布草。房间里找不到wifi密码的提示 ，竟然要找服务员要。隔音不好，一大早走廊里大人小孩说话，屋里听得清清楚楚。

环境很好，在当地应该算是硬件比较好的酒店了??虽然位置比较偏，不过开车倒也不影响，特别要感谢前台的美女，不小心把限量版的日本陶瓷刀落在房间里，退房两天后才想起来，热心的龙美芳美女帮我找到并寄给了我，超级感谢

酒店不在宜都市中心，但酒店房间环境还不错，大堂装修比较简单，可能是和售楼部一家，住了几天，早餐有待提高，品种不多，味道一般，酒店每天都有婚宴很热闹，停车很方便，附近景点还很有几个，九凤谷适合亲子去。
