酒店服务员态度差，我已经提醒客人不在时，不能进房间进行卫生服务，前台没有听，趁客人不在时进房间。存在极大的安全隐患！和前台说，压根不当一回事还在笑！态度恶劣！

罗定国际酒店不愧为罗定最好的酒店，酒店部分硬件偏旧，但管理还不错，还有泳池，泳池人不多，周边吃的很多。酒店自己的茶楼也很好

房间下午2点退房，12点有男性服务员打电话催退房，并要求13点前退房！另外房间书桌椅子估计用的年岁太长，坐下去垫子凹进去严重，办公极不舒服，我住了国际酒店不只5间房每间房都有这个问题！
