昨天晚上有点热，但空调是没制冷的。楼上有KTV,早上准备下楼，看看电梯间都是呕吐物，连我也差点吐了！我连早餐都不想吃了！花洒挂墙的那个都是坏的，根本定不住一个位置喷水，我住过几个房间都是一样！整体觉得对不住这个房价！

连锁酒店中规中矩，你的位置非常好。服务还算可以。房间比较干净，隔音效果比较差，早餐还不错。还是值得推荐的。

国庆节，幸亏有预订，听说全满了，如果临时到酒店根本没有房间。免费停车场。办手续快捷，电梯快，住27楼，酒店外面景观一流，看得见蟠龙湖公园。环境舒适，宽敞，洗手间干净。房间整体舒服整洁。早餐也方便，简单自助，吃饱没有问题。

定的观山景大床房，我不知道什么情况，但我感觉这个和我定的房不是一个意思，两张单人床拼在一起的大床房，打电话给前台得到肯定答复，这就是山景大床房，要么就是酒店在误导客人，房间剃须刀要打电话才送过来，房间灯光谁用谁知道，写个字都看不清，床头连个台灯都没有!这分是给维也纳这个牌子的，这是最差的维也纳体验了。
